Data protection

Data Protection Declaration
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far
as personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) is collected, this
occurs, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to
third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g.
communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data
against access by third parties is not possible.
The use of the contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by
third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby
expressly prohibited. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event
of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example through spam mails.

SCOPE
This data protection declaration informs users about the type, scope and purposes of
the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider CopyTrade Online
e.V., Windeckstrasse 44, 60314 Frankfurt am Main (Tel: +49-1703676015, Mail: [email protected]) on this website.
The legal basis of data protection can be found in the General Data Protection Act.
In this policy, the terms we, us and our refer to the organization hetzner.com

ACCESS DATA/SERVER LOGFILES
We (or our web space provider hetzner.com -> Privacy Policy of hetzner.com)
collect data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access data
includes:
Name of the accessed website, file, date, time and duration of the access,
transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version,
the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address
and the requesting provider.
hetzner.com e.V. uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose
of operation, security and optimisation of the offer. hetzner.com e.V. reserves the
right, however, to check the log data subsequently if there is a justified suspicion of
illegal use based on concrete evidence.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information
that can be traced back to a person. This includes your name, email address or
telephone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which
websites were viewed by someone count as personal data.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is legally
permitted or if the users agree to the data collection.

ESTABLISHING CONTACT
When contacting hetzner.com e.V. (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, telephone or
fax), the user’s details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in
the event that follow-up questions arise.

COMMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

When users leave comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are
stored. This is done for the security of hetzner.com e.V., if someone writes illegal
contents in comments and contributions (insults, forbidden political propaganda,
etc.). In this case hetzner.com e.V. itself could be prosecuted for the comment or
contribution and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

COPYTRADE SUBSCRIPTION
With the following information we inform you about the contents of our CopyTrade Subscription
as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedure and your
rights of objection. By subscribing to our CopyTrade Subscription you agree to the receipt and the
described procedures.
Contents of the CopyTrade Subscription
We will only send CopyTrade Subscriptions, e-mails and other electronic notifications containing
advertising information (hereinafter “CopyTrade Subscriptions”) with the consent of the recipients
or a legal permission. If the contents of a CopyTrade Subscription are specifically described within
the scope of a registration, this decides the consent of the users. In addition, our
CopyTrade Subscriptions contain information on hetzner.com projects, especially in the area of
sustainable investments, controversial companies and fair Riester pensions.
Double-Opt-In and logging
The registration for our CopyTrade Subscription requires a so-called double opt-in procedure. This
means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your
registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can log in with another e-
mail address. Subscriptions to the CopyTrade Subscription are logged in order to be able to prove
the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes thestorage of the

login and confirmation time, as well as the IP address. Also the
changes of your data stored with MailChimp are logged.
Use of the “MailChimp” shipping service
The CopyTrade Subscription is sent via “MailChimp”, a CopyTrade Subscription distribution platform of the CopyTrade Online
e.V., Windeckstrasse 44, 60314 Frankfurt am Main (Tel: +49-1703676015, Mail: [email protected]).

The e-mail addresses of our CopyTrade Subscription recipients, as well as their further data
described in the context of these notes, are stored on the servers of MailChimp in
the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the CopyTrade Subscription on
our behalf. Furthermore, MailChimp can use this data according to its own
information to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the
sending and presentation of the CopyTrade Subscription or for economic purposes, in order to
determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not
use the data of our CopyTrade Subscription recipients to write them down or pass them on to
third parties. We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp.
MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and
thus commits itself to comply with EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we
have concluded a “data processing agreement” with MailChimp. This is a contract in which
MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process them on our
behalf in accordance with their data protection regulations and in particular not to
pass them on to third parties. The data protection regulations of MailChimp can be
viewed here.
registration details
To subscribe to the CopyTrade Subscription, simply enter your e-mail address.
Statistical surveys and analyses
The CopyTrade Subscriptions contain a so-called “web-beacon”, i.e. a pixel-sized file that is
retrieved from the MailChimp server when the CopyTrade Subscription is opened. Within the
scope of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser
and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are initially
collected. This information is used to technically improve the services based on the
technical data or the target groups and their reading behaviour based on their
retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times.
The statistical surveys also include determining whether the CopyTrade Subscriptions are opened,
when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this
information can be assigned to the individual CopyTrade Subscription recipients. However, it is
neither our endeavour, nor that of MailChimp, to observe individual users. The
evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to
adapt our contents to them or to send different contents according to the interests
of our users.
Online access and data managementThere are cases, in which we direct the CopyTrade Subscription recipients to the web pages of
MailChimp. For example, our CopyTrade Subscriptions contain a link with which the CopyTrade Subscription
recipients can call up the CopyTrade Subscriptions online (e.g. in case of display problems in the
e-mail program). Furthermore, CopyTrade Subscription recipients can subsequently correct their
data, e.g. the e-mail address. Likewise, the privacy policy of MailChimp is only
available on their site. In this context we pointed out that cookies are used on the
websites of MailChimp and thus personal data are processed by MailChimp, its
partners and service providers (e.g. Google Analytics). We have no influence on this
data collection. Further information can be found in the privacy policy of MailChimp.
In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the possibilities of objecting to
the collection of data for advertising purposes on the
websites http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ (for the
European area).

Cancellation/Revocation
You can cancel the receipt of our CopyTrade Subscription at any time, i.e. revoke your consent.
At the same time your consents to its dispatch via MailChimp and the statistical
analyses expire. A separate cancellation of the dispatch via MailChimp or the
statistical evaluation is unfortunately not possible. You will find a link to cancel the
CopyTrade Subscription at the end of each CopyTrade Subscription.

INTEGRATION OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from
Google Maps, survey tools, e.g. from opinion stages, RSS feeds or graphics from
other websites, is integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that
the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third party providers”)
perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not
send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore
required for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only those
contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the
contents. However, we have no influence on this if the third party providers store
the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we inform the users
about this in the following.

COOKIES
Cookies are small files that enable the user’s access device (PC, smartphone, etc.)
to store specific information relating to the device. They serve on the one hand the
user-friendliness of web pages and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On
the other hand, they are used to collect statistical data on the use of the website
and to analyse it for the purpose of improving the offer. Users can influence the use
of cookies. Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies is
restricted or completely prevented. However, this can limit the use and especially
the comfort of use without cookies.
You can manage many corporate online ad cookies through the US
site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-
choices/

REGISTRATION FUNCTION

If you enter data during registration, it will be used for the purpose of using the
offer. Users can be informed by e-mail about information relevant to offers or
registration, such as changes to the scope of offers or technical circumstances. The
data collected can be seen in the input mask during registration. This includes first
and last name, postal address, email address and their purpose.

PROTECTION TOOL SHARIFF
So-called “social plug-ins” are used on our websites. Currently these are especially
buttons of the services Facebook, Twitter, Google+, WhatsApp, Threema, Xing,
Linkedin, Flattr and PayPalMe. Via these plugins, data, including personal data, can
be sent to the respective service providers (also outside Germany or Europe) and
used by them if necessary. hetzner.com e.V. does not itself collect any personal
data using the social plugins (described in more detail below) or about their use. In
order to prevent data being transferred to service providers without the user’s
knowledge, hetzner.com e.V. uses the so-called Shariff solution. This solution
ensures that no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the individual
social plug-ins when you visit our websites. Only when you click on one of the
buttons of the social plugins can data be transferred to the service provider and
saved there.
More information about the Shariff solution can be found
at http://www.heise.de/ct/artikel/Shariff-Social-Media-Buttons-mit-Datenschutz-2467514.html (in
German)

FACEBOOK BUTTONS
This site uses social plugins (buttons) of the social network facebook.com, which is
operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA
(“Facebook”). The plugins can be identified by one of the Facebook logos (e.g. white
or blue “f” or a “thumbs up” sign) or are marked with the addition “Facebook Social
Plugin” or “share on Facebook”.
When a user clicks such a button on a website of tradecopy.online(this website), his
browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. The content of the
plugin is then transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated
into the website. hetzner.com e.V. therefore has no influence on the amount of
data Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore directs users to the
following knowledge:
By clicking on the button, Facebook receives information that a user has called up
the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook
can assign the visit to his Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins,
for example by pressing the Like button or making a comment, the corresponding
information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there.
If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to obtain and
store their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is
stored in Germany.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of
the data by Facebook, as well as the relevant rights and setting options for the protection of users’ privacy,

can be found in Facebook’s data protection
information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to use this offer to
collect data about him or her and link it to his or her membership data stored on
Facebook, he or she must log out of Facebook before visiting the website.

colored background.
When a user clicks such a button on this website, the browser establishes a direct
connection to Google’s servers. The content of the “+1″ button is then transmitted
by Google directly to its browser and integrated into the website. hetzner.com
e.V. therefore has no influence on the amount of data Google collects with the
button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without a click on the
button. Only with logged in members, such data, among other things the IP address,
are raised and processed.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of
the data by Google as well as your rights and setting options for the protection of
your privacy can be seen by the users of Google’s data protection information on the
